The weighbridge in ENDEL’s Electronic Pit
Type Truck Scale is supported by ENDEL
ball-in-cup load cells, which accurately
and quickly measure the weight of the
truck and its cargo.

No Wear :
Unlike many scales of this type, there
are no moving or delicate parts to wear
or require replacement. Down time is
infrequent and performance assured.

Weighbridge :
The heavy-duty fabricated steel
weighbridge is designed to prevent
lateral forces, caused from traffic, from
being transmitted to the load cells. A
special load cell assembly supports the
weighbridge yet permits it to expand or
contract when subjected to thermal
changes without creating a side load on
the load cells. 

Simple Maintenance :
Heavy-duty structural weighbridge design delegates maintenance to simple periodic inspection of the restraint system and the location of load cells with respect to their mounting plates. No greasing or replacement of special, warns parts because there is no movement.

ESP Protection :
This “ESP” feature - Extra Special Protection - consists of hermetically sealed, stainless steel load cells coupled with special grounding techniques and voltage suppressors to prevent over-voltage and breakdown of load cells and accompanying instrumentation. All ENDEL truck scales are backed by one-year deck-and-below warranty.

ENDEL’s portable vehicle scale contributes to the ease and efficiency of these moves. The complete scale is contained in parts; which are furnished with lifting eyes for easy moving. Simply lift, move, and lower the scale to its new location in minimal time and effort.

The scale is completely self-contained. Each scale consists of modules fabricated to minimize overall height and maximize strength. Heavy-duty structural railing is placed in strategic locations to support heavy vehicle loading. Cross members and other lateral structural members provide rigid support for the 12mm thick deck plate. A heavy structural steel lower frame supports load cells and ties the scale into one continuous module fabricated and assembled to factory tolerances. ENDEL’s EWBL series is self-contained and ready to weigh.
